IC Kitchen Connect.com is one of the most important and exciting developments in recent years that helps nourish and support the amazing culinary entrepreneurs in Iowa’s Creative Corridor. When I started my culinary business eight years ago, it was a very confusing and overwhelming task learning everything that one needs to know regarding opening a business. This new website, will fast track the process for the start-up to grow from idea to action, and to have affordable kitchen space to make those recipes a reality. Helping start-up chefs learn the ins and outs of basic business law, licensing and production, is a MUST for any vibrant value-added local food economy.
